Scenario
Two
months ago Tina Jenkins decided to leave her large
corporation to start her own business. After developing
and refining her business plan for months, Tina knew she
had a strategy that if well executed, would be
successful
Tina decided to launch her company
from her basement, so she began setting up a home
office. She knew a communications system for Internet,
voice and fax services would be the lifeline of the

Tina wanted three

for voice and data and help troubleshoot the
system.
In short, Tina was afraid that her dream
of owning a successful new business might all fall apart
due to an expensive communications system that she could
neither afford, install nor maintain.
