Mar Communications Ltd. is a customer service oriented company. We strive to deliver the very best in product, price, and service. Please educate yourself with our company policy, which will make any transaction with us most enjoyable.

Privacy Policy
Mar Communications Ltd. holds all personal and company information provided to us in the highest regard. Mar Communications Ltd. will not sell or distribute any phone numbers, email addresses or any other information for the purpose of profit or otherwise.

Payment Method
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and certified check if paid in advance. We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, Phone Number, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.

Shipping
Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. This applies only to items we have in stock and does not apply to orders which require custom configuration. All USA orders are shipped via USPS ground, approximate shipping time is between 4-7 business days. All Canada orders are shipped via Canada Post, approximate shipping time is between 3-5 business days. Should you desire faster shipping please discuss alternative shipping method with your sales representative. All shipping costs to International destinations must be discussed with your sales representative at time of purchase. Cost will vary depending on location.

Returns & Exchange
Returns are only accepted within 10 days with a valid RMA number. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge within 10 days. After 10 days returns will not be accepted.

Damaged Returns
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged, please contact Mar Communications Ltd. at 1-905-480-9271 who will, in turn, instruct you as to the proper procedure.

Warranty
Mar Communications Ltd. Supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product, warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
Mar Communications Ltd. expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied. Including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Mar Communications Ltd. shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out or related to the purchased merchandise.

Warranty Returns
If you need warranty service, you must, prior to the lapse of the applicable warranty period, file a claim, together with proof of purchase and confirmation from you that you are the original consumer purchaser of the product, with HWN by contacting Home Wireless Networks, Inc. Customer Service at 1-888-WHY-WIRE (1-888-949-9473) or by sending your claim to Mar Communications Ltd., Customer Service Department, 7300 Victoria Park Ave. Unit H Markham, Ontario L3R 1J1. After a warranty claim is properly filed, HWN will designate a representative to evaluate the warranty claim. If the representative verifies that the product is defective and that a valid warranty claim was made, they will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to place on the outer package of the product and give you instructions for returning the defective product. HWN cannot accept any product without an RMA number on the package. You will be responsible for shipping charges, if any, and for presenting proof of the original purchase date.

Errors and Omissions
While Mar Communications Ltd. has tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product and pricing information in our store and our marketing materials, we are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies. Disputes of invoices will only be accepted in writing within 10 days of invoice date

Credit Card Transactions
As a Canadian company we can only process credit cards in Canadian dollars. The invoice total is in Canadian dollars; your credit card will change the funds back to American dollars. Please wait until you view your credit card statement to show that you were charged the correct amount in US dollars. If the amount charged to your credit card is not correct once it is converted to American dollars please email us a copy of your statement (portion of the statement showing this charge) and we will correct it for you. Any refunds issued to your credit card will be processed at the same conversion rate as the original transaction. Mar is not responsible for currency changes from the time the card is processed to when the return is received.

Resellers / Distributors
All above stated policies apply only to end users who purchased their product directly from Mar Communications Ltd.
